To serve as a first-tier customer service and technical support representative for SMS Masterminds clients across the country. Typical duties include:

  • Assist in setting up clients email accounts
  • Walk clients through configuration and ongoing usage questions about SMS Masterminds customized SAAS web based system
  • Work within SMSMM’s based case management system to monitor and respond to clients requests
  • Host webinars with clients to train clients on different aspects of the SMSMM custom web based system
  • Assist clients in setting up their company’s Facebook account and questions related to social media

Relevant Preferred Experience

  • Tech/Web Savvy
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills
  • Experience utilizing
  • Experience with Facebook configurations for business and Pagemodo
