What if I need to cancel my account?
We understand that things can be difficult at times. Contact our support team and request a cancellation. It's also possible to suspend your account without charge for up to 60 days if needed.
Once a cancellation request is confirmed, billing will stop.
What if my clients don't want to receive messages daily?
Trainers have the ability to customize the message settings to any client's wants or needs. In addition to this, a client can reply "Stop" to any text message to be opted out.
